Terms of participation

The attendance fee for Voxxed Days Amsterdam covers the activities, events and schedules listed on the official website.

Payment and VAT

All tickets are subject to Dutch VAT, which is 21% of the ticket price. This applies to all attendees, including those travelling from abroad, both EU and non-EU residents.

During registration, participants are required to provide a payment method. Payment can be made by bank transfer, iDEAL or credit card. A VAT invoice or receipt is generated for all transactions. Failure to pay promptly may result in denied entry to the event.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets can be refunded, minus EUR 25 of administrative costs, if notification is received before the refund deadline announced with each ticket batch.

You may transfer your ticket to another person up to the day before the conference. To do so, contact us with:

• your last name, first name and email address;
• the full contact details of the person taking over your ticket.

Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received before the conference. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any registration and will issue a full refund if this occurs. All event dates and times are subject to change. Changes and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the schedule and activities for organisational or other reasons. In the unlikely event of Voxxed Days Amsterdam being cancelled, ticket fees will be refunded; no additional claims can be made against the organiser. Should the conference be postponed, registrations remain valid.

Conduct

By purchasing a ticket, or having one purchased on their behalf, all attendees agree to promote a safe and respectful environment at Voxxed Days Amsterdam and to adhere to the Code of Conduct. Attendees must refrain from engaging in illegal activities and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their actions during the event.

Your data

Participant data is collected when the ticket purchase is completed, by the participant or an authorised agent. This data is securely stored and used by the organiser to send updates regarding Voxxed Days Amsterdam by email. Participants may opt out of future communications at any time by following the unsubscribe links.

Badges

Participants receive a badge on entering the conference. It is the entry pass to the venue and the session rooms. For security purposes, the badge must be worn at all times and may be checked by on-site staff; failure to present a valid badge may result in removal from the venue.

The badge displays the participant's name, title, company name and a QR code. The QR code contains a unique identification number, name, company and email address. By allowing a sponsor to scan the QR code, participants agree to share those details with that specific sponsor and consent to receiving further communications from them. Participants may also let other attendees scan their badge, sharing the same information.

Photography and video

Participants acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during Voxxed Days Amsterdam and may include them. These may be used on the Voxxed Days Amsterdam website, the Voxxed website, related sites, social media platforms, streaming services such as YouTube, and other related publications. By attending, participants agree that their image and voice may be used in such media.
